Bocca Buona workshop & culinary training organised by Concept Curator Jeffrey Vella and Rezidor's Area Executive Chef Bernd Kirsch will be held from the 2nd till 6th of December 2017 at Park Inn Valdemara Riga for the chefs and F&D managers from already five opened Bocca Buona restaurants.
