Recently opened Grand Park is the biggest luxury hotel in Istria with several venues. From bespoke dining to laid-back snacks or refreshing drinks, everything is served at the highest level and with a side dish of spectacular vistas.

Our Solution

Jeffrey Vella, as Culinary Director at Maistra luxury hotels, oversees all the culinary work at Grand Park restaurants and bars.

The most luxurious signature restaurant, Cap Aureo, with spectacular views of the city and marina offers a modern Mediterranean cooking.

Guests at the Viva Eufemia Lobby Bar can, among other things, enjoy cigars and the largest selection of champagnes in Croatia.

Cissa Pool Bar is a place for a casual summer getaway. Located by the pool next to the gym, it offers healthy snacks and typical summer dishes cocktails, juices and smoothies.

At Laurel & Berry's restaurant, with excellent food and service, guests will be able to choose from a selection of the best local wines.

Primi Terreni Restaurant & Delicatessen is a multifunctional space with an open-air barbecue, wine cellar and a rich selection of local and international delicacies containing a pop-up space designed to constantly change installations, exhibitions and trade concepts.

Finally, Catherine's Patisserie was conceived as the best pastry shop in town with an Italian-style "day bar". It offers cakes, coffee and ice cream, aperitifs and cocktails and light snacks like sandwiches, salads and pies.
