The restaurant has a well-assorted dinner menu, initially directed by Jeffrey Vella, serving bistro dishes and dry-aged meat with savor smoky, grilled dishes prepared in Josper Charcoal Oven. The hotel bar boasts a striking drinks menu with a range of signature cocktails, ideal for an after-work get-together.
