Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz is located close to the iconic ‘Dwejra Bay’ on Malta’s idyllic sister island Gozo. The destination is unique and its fundamental designs were layered on nature and heritage, offering a range of distinctive dining venues for all occasions and tastes.
Our Solution
What to expect, perhaps the unexpected - a journey through the rich history and diversity of Gozitan heritage in gastronomy, the most important conquerers which have contributed immensely in shaping Malta and its sister island through the centuries. We will revisit and recreate an elegant offer for two existing F&B outlets, Il-Baldakkin and L'Ortolan, that merges past and future of Gozitan gastronomy letting the history speak on itself.
