A Culinary Journey Through Istria

Maistra Hospitality Group has unveiled the monograph "Okusi Istre / Flavours of Istria" at the 3rd Rovinj Weekend Food Festival, highlighting the region's culinary diversity across four seasons and soil types. The book features contributions from chef Jeffrey J. Vella, journalist Hrvoje Petrić, and photographer Mario Kučera, and includes recipes from Rovinj's Cap Aureo restaurant.
