Weekend Food Festival 2025 returns to Rovinj’s old Tobacco Factory from April 11–13, themed “Eat Local, Think Global.” Celebrating Istria’s culinary heritage with a modern twist, the festival features seasonal, sustainable cuisine, exclusive dinners with top chefs, and the debut of RANGITE! – Istrian Food Market, a free-entry zone with workshops and tastings. Chef Jeffrey Vella will highlight Istrian flavors with both traditional and innovative dishes.
