Food on the Edge Symposium
We are taking part in Food on the Edge, a two-day international food symposium happening this October in Galway City on the Wild Atlantic Way. This not-for-profit event brings together leading chefs from around the globe to share ideas on the cultural, social, environmental, and educational dimensions of food.
Among the featured speakers, Michelin-starred chef Jeffrey J Vella will deliver a 15-minute talk that explores his vision for the future of food, aiming to inspire positive change both locally and globally.
